Hi, I’m Jane Zimmer, creator and founder of Z’Est. A company whose mission is to champion a little beauty every day through art, stories, gathering, and wellness.
As a business executive, it used to frustrate me when asked to slow down. I was thinking, are you kidding me. Did a deadline change? If not, how is slowing down a real option. That approach works for a few years, but it is neither fun, meaningful nor sustainable.
Over time (decades) I nurtured daily habits, thinking, and life style choices adding meaning and reducing stress. This was not a job change. More simply, how I approached each day more intentionally in the life I have. Being more present, noticing what is happening around and in front of me is the foundation of Z’Est, to see beauty in the simplicity of what is present each day. In turn, filling your cup with meaning, strength and joy.
